Belgians Eli Iserbyt (Pauwels Sauzen - Bingoal) and Laurens Sweeck (Pauwels Sauzen - Bingoal) put in a strong challenge for the 2019 European Cyclocross Championship title on Sunday in Silvelle, Italy. Iserbyt pushed defending champion Mathieu Van Der Poel (Netherlands) to the limit on the closing lap, ultimately taking second place with Sweeck coming in for third.
